Exam Description and Details

The National Health Career Association (NHA) examination is facilitated by K&G Career Academy, an accredited national institution. Our curriculum strictly aligns with NHA guidelines, ensuring comprehensive preparation for aspiring professionals. Students who have completed courses in Medical Billing and Coding (CBCS), EKG Technician (CET), Medical Office Administration, Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, and Phlebotomy Technician (PT) are eligible to sit for the NHA certification test (CPT), which addresses common inquiries from our students.

As per the NHA website, approximately 750,000 healthcare certificates have been conferred.

The National Exam, overseen by the NHA, comprises 100 to 250 questions and offers both computer-based and paper-based formats. Typically scheduled on Fridays from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m., students are allotted adequate time to complete their assessments.

The NHA certification is widely recognized and esteemed within the industry, significantly enhancing employability prospects. Beyond mere examination, it serves as a benchmark for one's professional achievements.

Possessing an NHA license instills confidence in one's credentials. Employers prioritize certified healthcare professionals for their standardized expertise, leading to heightened productivity and improved patient care standards.

Essentially, businesses can count on their certified staff to effectively handle both administrative and clinical tasks, meeting or surpassing national standards.
