Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Two Assistant to join our team. As a Toddler Two Assistant, you will work closely with the Lead Teacher to provide a safe, loving, and enriching learning experience for our youngest learners.
Responsibilities
Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and activities
Provide direct supervision and care for infants and toddlers
Change diapers and assist with feeding
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other family events
Adhere to all state and federal childcare regulations
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience working with young children preferred
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
